Pricing at Serenity of Commerce

Our pricing starts at $4,500 per month. Your actual pricing is determined by a few factors such as the type of room you are looking for and the type of care that is needed for your loved one.

Three types of rooms are available at Serenity of Commerce:

Private room with a private full bathroom. (5 bedrooms available with private full bathrooms)
Private room, shared full bathroom. (5 bedrooms available...all private rooms)
Shared room, shared full bathroom. (1 bedroom available for shared room)

Levels of Care center around actual assessments that focus on the following:

1 person transfer
2 person transfer
Sit-to-Stand lift requirements
Hoyer lift requirements
Medical needs
Behavioral assessments
Past medical records availability and accuracy

There’s nothing we can do to exercise and keep our lungs healthy like singing! Sometimes we sing spontaneously to keep our memories sharp. Other times, we use our lyric sheets for confidence. However we do it. a song a day helps keep pneumonia away

We love giving our ladies the ability to make things for their loved ones. A card, a painting, a holiday decoration. It matters..... a lot..... both to the giver AND the recipient.

Letters to Santa

Writing letters to Santa may seem silly, but truly it’s a wholesome activity with real purpose. It’s fun, it brings us back to family times, it helps us reflect on our past year and we get an idea of what our ladies truly want for Christmas.
